The person behind the operations

I am Modupe, known as Mo. A Certified OBM® and AI Strategist with over seven years of experience running the backend of coaching and service businesses. I know what it feels like to do operations-level work without the title or the rate to match it. That experience shapes how I work with every client.

I work with coaches and consultants across the US, UK, and EU who are generating consistent revenue but running on a backend that has not kept up with their growth. My job is to change that.

I follow a framework I call C.A.L.M, because operations should feel calm, not chaotic.
